How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders above $300.

You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 24-36 hours for all USA customers to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

International customers receive free shipping on orders over $300.

How long until my order ships?

All orders placed before 7pm EST ship out same day, Monday thru Friday.

Orders placed after 7pm ship the following day.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you have your tracking details sent through email or text message. So, you can follow up your package and know est. time of arrival

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to all countries around the world.

Orders over $300 receive FREE International Shipping.

What if my item breaks during shipping?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Jeff Pharmacy Store will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the rest.

Don’t throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you’re asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. 

How long does free shipping take?

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 2-4 business days.

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in NJ, FL, or CA.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

We understand not everyone is down with the drug.

For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address labelled “JM Distribution Inc.”. There will be no mention of Jeff Pharmacy Store on your package.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

If you’d like to ship your order to a PO Box, please do not select FedEx as your shipping carrier, as they are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
